We enjoyed staying at Nai bnb, the unit was clean nice decorated as expected based on the photo, the host was very welcome, friendly, well organized when welcoming us, clear instruction, great location, value for money, and feel homey.
Definitely, will book again with Nai bnb.

Great value for money and good stay overall. Minor inconveniences include huge commercial fans at another building that don't stop running, and not enough lifts running in the building meaning you sometimes need to wait a while

It was a comfy stay with Naibnb even though it was only 2 nights. The room is clean and everything was in there. We got our check in instructions even though it was late 11pm and they were responsive to our calls. But I would appreciate if you add how to use the lift into your instructions because we got stuck in the lift for like 30 seconds, it went all dark out of nowhere, it left my mum on trauma for one night.

This unit is located at a high floor  (41) with a birds eye view of the city. lift access is not crowded. Check-in process was easier. Just park your car near the entrance and collect the key from mailbox.  This unit has most amenities with two toilets and 1 shower.  They are new.

I would recommend this place to anyone and would return during my next trip to KL.

Nai was extremely helpful. I was delayed terribly due to unforeseen circumstances Nai made sure somebody was there for me to get the keys and shown around the place.
Beautifully decorated and extremely clean.
20min walk to the centre and very safe, loads of eateries nearby and very safe to walk around even at night. 
But the best part was the quick response from Nai and very helpful indeed.
I would definitely stay at Agile residence especially at Nais place.
Thank you Nai for your kindness and flexibility.

the location was easy to find, the instructions given were also very clear. place was very nice and cozy. the only thing that could be improved is the wait for the staff to give hand me the key.

The apartment is very strategic close to the pavilion. Amenities and kitchen utensils are very complete. Communication with Nai is very good. Will definitely come back to Axon Bukit Bintang.

The location provided is not entirely precise, as the area comprises four blocks and the residence features two main gates for entry. Due to the two gates, it’s important to determine which one to use. Clear, detailed instructions from the host would greatly help in avoiding confusion. Aside from that, this place is absolutely lovely, it's impeccably clean and boasts a stunning zen-style interior design.

Very Spacious, Great place to stay out of 3 places I have been this is the best. Everything you need is around the building, restaurants, supermarket and closest to the mall. Good value for money as well and very responsive and accommodating host. Would highly recommend this place.

Le logement était magnifiquement décoré, propre et agréable. Il ressemble parfaitement aux photos et il est très très bien équipé, nous avions eu un autre logement chez regalia avec un autre hôte mais il n’avait rien à voir avec celui ci qui est très très bien je le recommande !

Clean and cozy apartment, has everything you need. Great location, new complex, are right near the shopping center where you can eat delicious, two 24-hour shops (one of them 7/11) and metro (drive 5 minutes to Petronas Towers, KLCC). Very detailed instructions to check in from the host. Of the cons - a little noisy and bed for tall may seem small. In general, stayed satisfied.

Booked this place for a short staycation and it didn't disappoint! The place was clean and beautiful and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The MRT TRX station is only a 3-4mins walk away, making it convenient to travel around KL. Will definitely stay here again next time!

很不錯的staycation體驗，住宿很新，一切東西都很乾淨舒服。附近也很多著名商場，只需步行就能達到。硬要說缺點的話..應該只是樓還很新，所以很多unit可能還在裝修，會聽到很多雜音，但是對我來說影響不大。還是很滿意=）

we don't have time to swimming at infinity pool cause when we return to apartment after exploring KL, it's always rain. But they let's us to take picture. 

it's good great to staycation and healing. 
I may be back here if I travel to KL.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Kuala Lumpur. L’emplacement est parfait et à proximité de commerce ! L’appartement est très bien équipé et très confortable. 
Toutefois, il y’a de très très très fortes odeurs au niveau de la salle de bain. C’est vraiment désagréable mais bon nous avons essayé de passer au dessus. 
L’hôte est extrêmement agréable et très réactif. Nous avons été très bien accompagné du début jusqu’à la fin !

Can you please provide cleaning products like wash cloth,sweepers or vacuum so the guest can do self cleaning, especially when they hv kids and long stay, kids are messy and drop snack everywhere, that was my trouble is cleaning the floor where my kids drop their snack during our stay

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Kuala Lumpur. It was so clean and the view was amazing on the Petronas Towers.
The host was lovely and helped us work any queries we had and also answered very quickly!

I love staying at NaiBnB’s! The view from bedroom is KL tower which is amazing, i never closed the curtain at night so i have a beautiful night light from KL tower 😍 the place is clean, swimming pool is great, easy access to the mall and monorail,  its just very convenience for me. I will definitely stay here again, thanks NaiBnB! ❤️
