The communication between myself and the host was excellent. 
The apartment was a little bit run down externally and internally it could do with the sofa replacing, however everything was clean and fresh. The bedding, towels etc..smelt amazing. and it was well equipped.
Big balcony to sit outside. 
Minutes away from a mall. 
The best feature was the rooftop pool, what a view of KL's skyline.

Жилье полностью соответствует картинкам, хозяин постоянно на связи, никаких проблем. Есть ряд нюансов. Если апартаменты в блоке b, нужно выйти на улицу, чтобы попасть к нужному лифту. У входа как в блок а, так и b круглосуточно дежурит охрана - помогут с любым вопросом (покажут, куда идти за ключом и пр.). Вся бытовая техника есть и работает, хорошая стиральная машина. Небольшой минус - нет чая, кофе и сахара. Бассейн - дресс-код лояльный, если не мини-бикини - замечаний не будет. 7/11 круглосуточный внизу, рядом quill с большим магазином и фудкортом. После выселения разрешили оставить вещи в офисе (камера хранения тоже есть, но я её поздно нашёл).

Really enjoyed our stay at Regalia Residence NaiBnB!
Rooms look exactly as the pictures. 
They provided almost every important amenities and items.
There was an issue with the shower but they fixed it the very next day.
I really appreciate the host and NaiBnB for this.
Air conditioner need maintenance but it works fine.
overall it was an amazing stay!

It was amazing stay experience and NaibBnb team was extremely supportive and very proactive on any queries and requests! The place is located just 120m from Putra metro station which made it very easy to commune. And the view was stunning and the house, Kitchen ware and towels and sheets everything were squeaky clean! Never to forget the view we could just gaze the twin tower right from the hall of this place! Highly recommend! Thank you NaiBnb Team for making our stay hassle free!

The stay was overall pretty great, the place looked exactly the same as pictures provided, cleanliness was great and everything was quite new. Washing machine had drying function and hairdryer was also provided. Just some small issues, the master bedroom toilet bowl had some leaking issues, and the bathing area had leaking issues as well, it would be great if a water absorbing mop will be provided. The instructions for the finding of car park lot and use of lift could be a bit more clearer, maybe specific instruction pictures could be provided for different units, because our lot is 130 but in the p3 level we only saw up till 113, and didn’t know the half storey up(between p3 and p4) is still under level p3, thus couldn’t find our lot, there’s a few people we met in the car park on the same day having the same issue. The collection of keys were quite smooth, would be better if the name letters could be placed on the collection point building so it’s easier to find the building.

This has got to be one of the best home stays i been to out of so many! The unit is extremely clean and well equipped with the necessary amenities. The unit is also very well maintained right down to details. The location of the unit is awesome as we could get to anywhere and everywhere by foot hence eliminating the need for public transport and Grab avoiding the city jam altogether. Staffs from Naibnb are very friendly, responsive and accommodating ensuring their guests are feeling comfortable and right at home. This is one home stay i would recommend to any travellers visiting KL whom are looking for convenience and value. Highly recommended and i would definitely return!

Zwar haben wir eine Stunde länger auf unseren Check-In gewartet, das Zimmer aber war dafür sehr schön und sauber, da wartet man gern eine Stunde länger.
Das beste war aber, der Blick aus dem 42. Stockwerk über die Stadt, einfach toll.
 
Um in eine belebte Gegend zu gelangen muss man 20 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi fahren.
Meist ist man aber mit dem Taxi nicht viel schneller :)

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll.

Sollten wir wieder mal in Kuala Lumpur sein, dann gern wieder hier.

The apartment was excellent - spotlessly clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. The host was outstanding: very responsive and courteous. Both check-in and check-out were seamless. While the building layout was initially a bit confusing, we quickly got accustomed to it.

This was probably the best place we stayed in all of Malaysia on our trip! Very modern and new apartment, very clean and the aromas inside are breathtaking. Definitely a catch! Highly recommended.

Апартаменты были точно такие же, как на фото. До центральной улицы и магазинов 5-10 минут пешком, что очень удобно. В комплексе есть бассейн и различные активности. Нам очень понравилось, были с маленькой дочкой, всё прошло отлично ❤️

NaiBNB was such an amazing host. No problems when I checked in until the day I checked. Apartment was in extremely good condition with all utilities prepared. Beautiful and clean place. Parking was a bit confusing because the signboard entrance states up till level 3, when the house parking was allocated at level 7. But managed to find the parking when we asked the security guard. Apartment name was also confusing because while the Soho name is clear, apartment “Residential” is confusing because we did not know that it refers to another apartment.

Great place! Clean. Spacious. Got microwave, fridge & washing machine. Easy to communicate, easy access to shop, got swimming pool upstairs. Only the parking spot (designated parking box) need to find a bit at first because we got confuse with the parking layout, but ok lah, near to the entrance.

My family and I had a great stay! The place was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. FYI, They provided all toiletries except toothbrush. 
This apartment is guarded, quiet environment, come with swimming pool & gym room, and there is a convenient shop within the area. Best to have a car if you choose to stay here, easy to travel around.

Nai is an extremely responsive host and supports in all possible needs of a traveler. The place is centrally located and the view of twin tower from the balcony is awesome. Highly recommended

NaiBnb’s place was really nice and the whole apartment was really nice too. The space was clean and 2 small super shops were also downstairs for essential items. The check in is very easy aswell. Pool was abit crowded, but still okay! 

But for the location, personally, it felt inconvenient to me as you have to take grab for everything if you wanna get to anywhere easily. Putra train station nearby but MRT is a hassle itself as a tourist.

Overall, I would give this place 4.5 stars!

(The host is very nice and responds fairly quickly. They’re also very clear with instructions)
