Amenities
The only major issue was the cleanliness. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, the toilet was stained, dust covered many surfaces, and there were strands of hair all over the house—including on the floor and furniture. Even the bedsheets had visible stains, which was very off-putting. I ended up having to clean the toilet myself just to make it usable. Being charged RM100 for a cleaning fee and arriving to such poor hygiene standards is completely unacceptable. It really felt like the place hadn’t been properly cleaned between guests.
If you value cleanliness and comfort, especially when traveling with family or young children, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The stay had potential, but this aspect ruined the experience for me. The location is very private Ng was very helpful and supportive throughout my stay. Everything went smoothly. I would definitely come back again! Very comfortable and a great place to stay
